Tickets available for Las Vegas Uncork’d

If you’re traveling to Hawaii’s “9th island” in May, you may want to check out the 12th annual Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appétit, taking place May 10 through 13.

A limited number of tickets remain to select top-tier events at Caesars Palace, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, The Cromwell, MGM Resorts’ The Park, The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas, for the opportunity to mix and mingle with such world-renowned chefs, master sommeliers and cutting-edge mixologists. Among participants will be Giada De Laurentiis, Gordon Ramsay, Guy Fieri, Guy Savoy, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Julian Serrano, Lorena Garcia, Masaharu Morimoto, Michael Mina, Nobu Matsuhisa, Stephen Hopcraft and more.

May 10
“Master Series: An Anniversary Celebration with Chef Nobu Matsuhisa”
Join Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa for an intimate seated dinner experience that includes a specially designed ice bar featuring Nobu Caviar and premium Belvedere Vodka, fresh-shucked oysters coupled with Dom Pérignon Champagne, a variety of traditional sushi,; and the finest Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Exclusive Hokusetsu Sake, Japanese beer and favorite Nobu signature cocktails will be available all evening.

“Master Series: Gordon Ramsay HELL’S KITCHEN”
Join multi-Michelin-star award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay at his newest restaurant, Hell’s Kitchen, inspired by his popular FOX TV show. Guests will sample signature dishes seen on the show, including Ramsay’s famous Beef Wellington, paired with cocktails.

“Master Series: Rao’s Remembers Frank Sr.”
Hosted by Rao’s owners Frank Pellegrino Jr. and Ron Straci, this dinner invites guests to remember the late Frank Pellegrino Sr. The evening will celebrate his life and feature some of Frank Sr.’s favorite dishes from time-honored Italian staples to classics such as Rao’s famous lemon chicken.

“Tacos, Tequila & Salsa Fiesta with Susan Feniger”
The perfect event for tequila and taco lovers. Join the “Hot Tamale” celebrity cheffor an evening at Border Grill featuring tacos, tequila cocktails, and a salsa dance lesson to get everyone moving on the dance floor.

“Top Shelf: The Grand Tasting”
Sample the best bar program Vegas has to offer with four dedicated top shelf bars showcasing premium wine, cocktails and beer. Along with sensational sips, guests will sample light bites from Caesars Palace chefs at the Bacchus Pool.

Vegas Uncork’d’s signature event will welcome more than 2,500 food enthusiasts for a variety of signature dishes prepared by world-renowned chefs. The event takes place in the five-acre Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis.

May 12
“Master Series: Gordon Ramsay Pub Reception & Beer Tasting”
Join Ramsay and brewmasters for an epic beer tasting event at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, including brews from Sierra Nevada Brewing Co., Big Dog’s Brewing Co., Ramsay’s favorite beer Innis & Gunn, and more. Along with small bites, there will be interactive games and pairing tips from the experts.

“Master Series: The World’s Best, An Epicurean Affair with Guy Savoy”
Michelin-starred chef Guy Savoy will present a multi-course epicurean affair with premier pairings at his Forbes Five-Star/AAA Five-Diamond Las Vegas restaurant. With his Paris restaurant recently receiving the “Best Restaurant in the World” award from La Liste for the second consecutive year, this meal will take diners on a special adventure, with a roaming violinist completing the five-star sensory experience.

“Master Series: Women’s Power Lunch”
Get up close and personal with chefs Susan Feniger, Christina Tosi and Elizabeth Blau at Border Grill in The Forum Shops for a delicious meal with curated wines from female winemakers, and tastings of top-shelf tequila from a women-owned distillery.

“Rao’s Italian Brunch with The Rao’s Family”
You’ll be transported to Southern Italy at this intimate afternoon affair at Rao’s Restaurant. Owners Frank Pellegrino Jr. and Ron Straci will be there to celebrate Mother’s Day with a seasonally inspired multi-course brunch featuring family recipes and cocktails.
